Develop, edit, and maintain system manuals, SOPs, training materials, and RMF documentation for IT, cybersecurity, and engineering operations in LVC environments. Translate complex technical concepts, maintain version control, ensure compliance with DoD/Navy standards, and support audits and documentation reviews.

Lead and manage the full contracted program lifecycle, act as primary government interface (COR), oversee execution of task orders, coordinate resources and departments, formulate policies, and ensure delivery of technical and program/project objectives for C6ISR-related efforts.

Provide systems administration and support for a government AWS-hosted Siemens Teamcenter PLM instance, including patching, upgrades, integrations, monitoring, troubleshooting, network performance analysis, backups, and documentation. Participate in team meetings and occasional onsite work to support deployments, migrations, and system maintenance.

Provide logistics and sustainment support for IT, network, and engineering systems in LVC environments. Manage procurement, inventory control, asset tracking, shipments CONUS/OCONUS, technology refresh and repair, maintain logistics documentation, ensure DoD/Navy compliance, support audits/inspections, and coordinate with engineering and field teams to ensure mission readiness.

Manage configuration control processes and documentation for IT, cybersecurity, and engineering systems. Maintain baselines, track configuration items, document changes and version control, keep CM records and repositories, and coordinate with technical teams to update configuration data.

Design, develop, execute, adjudicate, and analyze military war games for the Naval War College. Serve as facilitator, subject-matter expert, scenario developer, or study team member. Prepare briefings, technical reports, coordinate workshops, assess military capabilities, and perform data research and operations analysis.

Provide administrative and operational support to the College of Maritime Operational Warfare: manage calendars, prepare correspondence and briefings, assist faculty with course administration, coordinate travel and reimbursements, support events and logistics, and serve as point of contact for students, faculty, and staff within a military academic environment.

Administer, secure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure for global LVC environments. Lead network architecture, oversee LAN/WAN, boundary systems, and secure enclaves; implement RMF/STIG controls; troubleshoot complex network issues; drive optimization and modernization; mentor senior staff; advise leadership on network strategy. Must obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Perform RMF-based cybersecurity engineering: prepare DoD/Navy accreditation documentation, evaluate and maintain security configurations, apply STIGs, run vulnerability scans (ACAS), and create RMF packages (SSP, SAR, POA&M) to support ATOs.

Perform technical analysis of grid-based and geospatial data, interpret maps and coordinate systems, validate datasets, create simple scripts for data processing, compile reports, and support engineers and senior analysts. Work is onsite and requires an interim secret clearance to start.

Support design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable network architectures for global LVC environments. Assist with configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, integration, and documentation of enterprise and tactical network systems while working under senior engineers.

Provide on-site systems administration and network security for a DoD site: configure, deploy, harden, patch, and back up Windows servers and desktops; perform ACAS/SCAP scans; support LAN/WAN and ~75 users; prepare materials for ATO submissions in eMASS; maintain lab/test environments and troubleshoot tier-1 issues.
