Prepares executive briefings, reports, budget exhibits, POM submissions, and financial impact statements while supporting reviews and audits. Mentors junior analysts and coordinates with contracting, finance, and functional stakeholders.

Supports the design, integration, testing, certification, and sustainment of aircraft navigation systems across Navy and Marine Corps aviation platforms. Analyzes PNT technologies including GPS, INS, EGI, NAVWAR, NAVAIDs, and RADALT; supports modernization, flight clearances, engineering documentation, technical evaluations, certification, and aircraft integration. Collaborates with NAVAIR engineers and multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues, assess system performance, develop requirements, and provide technical recommendations and briefings.

Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and debug C++ applications for aircraft tracking, aircrew training, real-time range systems, simulations, and graphical operations displays. Integrate software with hardware, databases, networks, and external devices. Support field installations, user technical assistance, requirements analysis, cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability testing, and documentation while managing multiple project tasks.

Provides publication management, discrepancy tracking, meeting coordination, technical documentation, briefing preparation, and program status reporting for the Presidential Helicopters Program. Supports NATOPS and NATIP updates, AIRS submissions, fleet conferences, engineering and test teams, and NAVAIR airworthiness processes. Maintains records in Jira and the VH Engineering and Test Tool while ensuring proper security markings and documentation standards. Requires former rotary-wing pilot or aircrew experience, NATOPS/NATIP knowledge, and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, secure, and support Windows-based applications (Microsoft Office, Java, Visual Studio, Raytheon EAGLE, SharePoint/Power Platform). Provide ticketing-system support to application owners and developers, implement DISA STIGS, perform upgrades/patching (may include occasional off-hours), and perform other assigned duties.

Design, develop, and optimize cloud-based ETL/ELT pipelines and data architectures using Informatica and Databricks in AWS GovCloud.
