Develop, test, deploy, and maintain real-time aircraft tracking and training software for military ranges. Collaborate with hardware, network, and systems teams; support field installations; perform debugging, database coordination, and lifecycle documentation; and ensure software meets DoD cybersecurity standards through static analysis and vulnerability assessments.

Support software testing and validation for aircraft tracking and training systems. Develop and execute test plans and cases, track and report defects, perform regression and integration testing with hardware, participate in design reviews, and ensure cybersecurity and functional safety compliance prior to fleet deployment.

Lead development of pricing strategies and detailed cost models for government proposals; perform price-to-win and competitive analyses; manage subcontractor pricing and RFQs; ensure FAR/DFARS and DCAA compliance; maintain pricing data, audit-ready files, and support cross-functional proposal execution from RFP to submission.
