Lead local customer engagement and business development for defense customers at NAWS China Lake. Build relationships, identify and advance opportunities across test range O&M, software engineering, AI, automation, IT, and cybersecurity. Support capture/proposal efforts, partner development, community outreach, and provide market intelligence and leadership updates to drive strategic growth.

Provide hands-on engineering support for design, integration, analysis, and certification of PNT systems across naval aviation platforms. Work includes GPS, INS/EGI, NAVWAR, RADALT, NAVAIDs, technical reviews, flight clearances, system specification, testing, and training support under guidance of senior engineers.

Apply systems engineering to integrate, test, and field advanced aircraft navigation capabilities (PBN, RNAV, RNP, GNSS/WAAS, FMS). Provide technical analysis, design review, certification support, and cross-team coordination to ensure compliance with FAA/ICAO mandates and mission effectiveness across Navy and Marine Corps platforms.
