Build and operate scalable MLOps infrastructure for large-scale model training, deployment, serving, feature pipelines, and real-time advertising systems. Responsibilities include orchestration, observability, reproducibility, model versioning, CI/CD, automated testing, distributed training, online inference, resource optimization, and collaboration with algorithm engineers on bidding, ranking, recommendation, and fraud models.

Owns end-to-end revenue performance across Sales and Customer Success/Growth for InSEA. Leads regional acquisition, retention, expansion, product penetration, new product launches, forecasting, customer advocacy, marketing partnership, and organizational development. The role manages senior commercial leaders, builds scalable operating processes, partners with global Product, Analytics, ML, and Marketing teams, and represents the company with major Greater China customers and industry partners.

Own RZR’s China marketing strategy and execution across WeChat, Rednote, content, partner co-marketing, events, and pipeline attribution. Localize global campaigns, build lead-generating programs with ad tech and measurement partners, manage event budgets and delivery, and provide China market intelligence to global leadership. The role requires strong commercial judgment, independent operation, fluent Mandarin, professional English, and close coordination with APAC teams. This is a hybrid Beijing-based position with regular onsite presence.
