Lead global Customer Success to protect and grow a multi‑hundred‑million revenue base by driving retention, share‑of‑wallet expansion, first‑time‑right launches, forecast integrity, product feedback loops, and scaling a consultant‑minded CS organization across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Own and build the global commercial operating system: design territory and incentive models, improve forecasting accuracy, align GTM and marketing, optimize CRM/BI/Jira tech stack, standardize customer lifecycles and campaign launches, and create operational systems to scale revenue and reduce churn.

Lead end-to-end revenue for EMEA across Sales and Customer Success, owning regional growth, net-new acquisition, upsell/retention, product penetration (iOS/RT/UA), GTM for new products, marketing partnership, and hiring and scaling a high-performance commercial organization.
