Supports FP&A through weekly and monthly forecasting, cash flow updates, financial model and tracker maintenance, variance analysis, dashboards, and executive reporting. The role also assists with M&A diligence, board and investor materials, data reconciliation, ad hoc analysis, and workbook process discipline. Success requires strong spreadsheet skills, finance fundamentals, accuracy, clear communication, and the ability to manage high-volume deadlines.

Provides high-trust executive support to C-suite leaders by managing calendars, travel, expenses, communications, and meeting preparation. Owns San Francisco office operations, including vendors, supplies, maintenance, budgets, invoicing, events, and workplace experience. Builds office systems and standards from scratch while serving as the primary onsite point of contact for executives and employees.

Design, implement, and integrate machine learning models and data pipelines for a programmatic DSP. Support model development for prediction, forecasting, and fraud detection; prepare large datasets; collaborate with cross-functional teams; document experiments and maintain reproducibility.
