Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout: prepare and negotiate subcontracts, review scopes and change orders, maintain schedules (MS Project), track submittals/RFIs/cost reports, manage budgets and cost forecasts, maintain owner relations, attend meetings, produce minutes, perform material take-offs and read blueprints, and travel periodically to jobsites.

Manage retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout: read contracts/blueprints, write and negotiate subcontracts, schedule with Primavera P6, track RFIs/submittals/costs, prepare change orders and meeting minutes, maintain owner and subcontractor relationships.

Support project delivery for retail/commercial construction: prepare and review contracts and subcontracts, manage schedules in Microsoft Project, track submittals/RFIs/cost reports, review change orders, attend meetings, maintain owner relations, and assist with estimating/material takeoffs and blueprint interpretation.

Lead business development for Rycon's Atlanta office: create strategic BD plans, pursue high-value leads, manage proposals and CRM, cultivate client relationships, analyze market trends, and represent the firm at industry events while mentoring junior staff and supporting preconstruction and partnership development.

Manage the millwork submittal process from scope release to client approval. Assign and review drafting work for buildability and completeness, coordinate schedules with project managers, resolve ambiguities, standardize build methods, and provide drafting/design support as needed.

Support delivery of retail commercial construction projects: read contracts and blueprints; write, negotiate and award subcontracts; develop schedules in Microsoft Project; prepare change orders; track submittals, RFIs and cost reports; attend meetings and maintain owner relations; produce material take-offs.

Lead nationwide sales for the Casework and Millwork division: develop markets, manage pipeline and key accounts, collaborate with estimating and operations, promote interior finishes expertise, use CRM for forecasting, and build scalable sales processes to drive revenue growth.

Manage stone and quartz projects end-to-end: estimating, scheduling, purchasing, fabrication coordination, vendor/subcontractor management, installation oversight, budget and timeline tracking, quality assurance, safety enforcement, and process improvement to scale the company's stone division.
