Operates woodworking machinery, reads blueprints and shop drawings, and independently performs cabinetmaking and millwork construction. Experience with laminate countertops, solid-surface countertops, low walls, and wood veneer items is required; finishing experience is preferred.

Oversee and lead mission-critical construction projects and teams from planning through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, risk, and client relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Mentor project managers and approve financials and forecasts.
