Manage the millwork submittal process from scope release to client approval. Assign and review drafting work for buildability and completeness, coordinate schedules with project managers, resolve ambiguities, standardize build methods, and provide drafting/design support as needed.

Manage stone and quartz projects end-to-end: estimating, scheduling, purchasing, fabrication coordination, vendor/subcontractor management, installation oversight, budget and timeline tracking, quality assurance, safety enforcement, and process improvement to scale the company's stone division.

Support the Project Manager on small-to-medium commercial projects by preparing scopes, subcontracts, schedules, change orders, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, cost reports, and maintaining owner relations. Assist with negotiations, subcontract awards, and document/contract review to drive projects from concept to operation.

Lead nationwide sales for the Casework and Millwork division: develop markets, manage pipeline and key accounts, collaborate with estimating and operations, promote interior finishes expertise, use CRM for forecasting, and build scalable sales processes to drive revenue growth.

Manage special construction projects: review contracts, prepare and negotiate subcontracts, develop and maintain schedules, track submittals/RFIs/cost reports, manage change orders, forecast costs, maintain owner relations, and oversee project delivery.

Fabricate, cut, shape and assemble wooden, laminate and solid-surface casework and countertops. Set up and operate woodworking machines, read blueprints/shop drawings, and perform all aspects of casework and millwork construction independently.

Lead business development for Rycon's Atlanta office: create strategic BD plans, pursue high-value leads, manage proposals and CRM, cultivate client relationships, analyze market trends, and represent the firm at industry events while mentoring junior staff and supporting preconstruction and partnership development.

Lead large commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop schedules, manage budgets, oversee subcontractors, conduct constructability reviews, run stakeholder meetings, prepare change orders and status reports, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with contracts, company processes, and project quality goals.

Support and advance site safety culture by conducting inspections, audits, and trainings; author project-specific safety plans; ensure subcontractor OSHA compliance; participate in project meetings, safety pre-planning, and develop new training programs. Local travel required.

Manage full scope of architectural millwork and casework projects: review drawings and shop drawings, produce fabrication documents, control budgets/changes, schedule fabrication/delivery/installation, coordinate procurement and field activities, mentor assistants, and communicate with clients to protect schedule, budget, and design intent.
