Assist with managing commercial construction projects by reviewing contracts, preparing and negotiating subcontracts, maintaining schedules, coordinating submittals and RFIs, tracking costs, processing change orders, documenting meetings, and maintaining owner relationships. The role requires construction document interpretation, blueprint reading, material take-offs, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office.

Prepare and issue construction project billings, post billing transactions and adjustments, maintain project financial records, reconcile ERP and construction systems, monitor customer balances, resolve payment discrepancies, support project closeout and audits, and coordinate with project management to meet monthly billing deadlines.

Manage multiple retail and grocery construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, contracts, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs, submittals, cost reporting, client communication, estimating support, and risk resolution. The role requires strong construction project controls, document interpretation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
