Support execution of commercial marketing programs for an ophthalmic medical device, coordinating development and distribution of sales enablement materials, campaign activities, events, and marketing assets. Partner with Sales, Professional Education, Clinical, and external vendors to manage project timelines, track campaign performance, ensure regulatory/compliance alignment, and provide operational and administrative support to drive product adoption and customer engagement.

Lead day-to-day customer experience operations (order management, billing, consignment, resolution), drive Lean continuous improvement, manage workforce planning and KPIs, coach and scale a high-performing CX team, partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Perform complaint investigations and post-market engineering analyses for ophthalmic implants and instruments. Execute bench testing, root cause analysis, risk assessments, and documentation to support regulatory compliance, patient safety, CAPAs, and continuous product improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally and assist with audits, metrics, and procedure development.

Support post-market surveillance and regulatory compliance for an adjustable intraocular lens by intake, documenting, investigating, and reporting customer complaints; determine reportability per FDA and international regulations; prepare and submit regulatory reports; support CAPAs, audits, metrics, and procedure updates; collaborate cross-functionally and mentor new team members.
