Processes weekly and semi-monthly multi-state payroll, validates timecards and adjustments, resolves payroll tax notices, performs tax and benefit reconciliations, maintains HRIS data, supports year-end reporting and month-end close, and provides payroll data for finance, audits, and general ledger activities. The role also manages payroll inquiries, supports compliance and internal controls, and collaborates with HR, Finance, and Accounting.

Owns sales performance for a Southeast territory by building surgeon and practice relationships, driving adoption of adjustable intraocular lenses, developing account plans, optimizing patient workflows, and conducting business reviews. The role coordinates with customer success, marketing, and area sales leadership; manages onboarding, CRM documentation, referral engagement, and data-driven growth initiatives. This field-based position requires regular regional travel and residence near Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina.
