Manages enterprise risk and insurance data governance, reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Establishes trusted data sources, standardizes workflows, automates collection and validation using AI, supports risk assessments, underwriting, renewals, claims, internal controls, and insurance economics. Partners cross-functionally with finance, property management, construction, legal, investment, and technology teams to improve data quality, reporting, governance, and risk-based decision-making.

Executes real estate acquisitions across equity and debt opportunities. Builds financial models using Excel and Argus, prepares materials for internal and external stakeholders, and conducts market research and due diligence focused primarily on multifamily and office investments. Collaborates with professionals across all stages of the investment process and applies real estate finance, investment structure, and industry knowledge to evaluate opportunities.

Leads fund-level financial modeling, forecasting, liquidity management, portfolio optimization, investor reporting, data governance, and process improvement across real estate private equity and debt funds. Partners with acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and accounting teams while providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership and overseeing investor-facing deliverables.

The Engineer assists the Chief Engineer with maintenance oversight for mechanical systems, conducting repairs, monitoring HVAC equipment, and responding to emergencies while ensuring tenant satisfaction and adhering to building regulations.

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion: plan and schedule work, control budgets and contracts, ensure safety and permit compliance, coordinate architects/contractors/asset teams, track progress, and deliver client-facing reports and documentation.

Serve as senior internal tax executive overseeing outsourced compliance, managing external advisors, advising on transactions, fund and entity strategy, tax planning and forecasting, governance, and cross-functional tax leadership for investments, finance, legal, and executive teams.

Support project managers in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance for interior construction projects. Coordinate stakeholders, track site progress and quality, assist with RFIs/submittals, change orders, permits, and project reporting. Use construction management software and maintain contract and insurance documentation to help deliver projects on time and on budget.
