Provide portfolio analytics, scenario and covenant analysis, and strategic recommendations. Oversee data governance, reporting automation, and investor due diligence responses. Partner cross-functionally with acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and accounting while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality investor communications.

Serve as senior internal tax executive overseeing outsourced compliance, managing external advisors, advising on transactions, fund and entity strategy, tax planning and forecasting, governance, and cross-functional tax leadership for investments, finance, legal, and executive teams.

The Senior Corporate Accountant will perform daily reporting, manage reconciliations, assist in financial close, prepare journal entries, and support audit schedules, while maintaining relationships with auditors and internal teams.
