Provides logistics support through order entry, load routing and dispatching, traffic coordination, shipment monitoring, delivery scheduling, driver communication, load validation, and investigation of overages, shortages, and damages. Maintains customer and load records, coordinates with account managers, receivers, customers, and drivers, and ensures accurate delivery documentation for accounting.

Coordinates and monitors transportation operations, including drivers, equipment, schedules, shipments, and customer notifications. Investigates operational issues, resolves shipment discrepancies, maintains transportation management system data, generates reports, processes documentation, audits records, applies coding accurately, and communicates updates to customers and management. Also maintains statement-of-work audit schedules and distributes operational updates.

Manage relationships with RXO’s key clients, serve as their primary point of contact, expand accounts, negotiate sale terms, secure carriers and specialized equipment, maintain shipment and sales data, and monitor billing accuracy. The role requires strong customer advocacy, transportation industry knowledge, relationship development, and communication skills.
