As a Logistics Specialist, you will provide logistics support, manage order entries, dispatching, traffic coordination, and maintain customer profiles. You will monitor pickups and deliveries, ensure timely deliveries, and handle any discrepancies in orders.

Lead a team of 15-20 material handlers to receive, pick, and process orders; use operational metrics to drive improvements; train and develop warehouse staff, dispatchers, and contract carriers; manage dispatch and resolve day-to-day issues; partner with Operations Manager to optimize routes and efficiencies. Role involves physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
