The role also involves hiring, performance management, customer service, and occasional travel between branches and regions.

Supervise last-mile operations associates by assigning work, monitoring productivity, training staff on equipment and safety procedures, managing tools and supplies, overseeing inventory reconciliation, and correcting performance issues. The role requires logistics or transportation experience, supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
