Plan electrical infrastructure for Permian Basin oil and gas expansion: estimate and assign load demand to grid assets, identify power sources, prioritize and monitor electrical projects, review engineering work, ensure code and safety compliance, and coordinate with engineering, operations, project, and construction teams.

Lead project controls functions including cost control, schedule development and forecasting, progress measurement, change management, and stewardship. Develop and maintain budgets, master schedules, control systems, and reporting. Coordinate cost/schedule analysis, reviews, and contractor performance; prepare forecasts, estimate confidence packages, and support Gate reviews. Provide leadership, mentorship, and QA for project-controls engineers and planners, and support contract and closeout activities.

Lead definition and execution of instrumentation pre-commissioning and commissioning for upstream production and capital projects. Develop scope, schedules, budgets, standards, and man-hour estimates; coordinate resources, review engineering deliverables, support testing and acceptance, and ensure safety, availability, and reliability of instrument and control systems.
