Monitors compliance with OSHA and project requirements, coordinates corrective actions, supports emergency procedures and HSE documentation, and exercises stop-work authority for serious hazards. Works closely with crews, supervisors, contractors, and project management while maintaining a consistent site presence under a demanding 13-on, 1-off schedule.

Leads electrical engineering teams supporting utility-style distribution, transmission, substations, primary power, and high-voltage projects. Provides technical oversight, develops construction packages, reviews contractor and vendor deliverables, evaluates compliance with standards and codes, and supports field execution. The role requires regular travel between Spring and Midland, Texas, including work in active construction environments. Responsibilities include reviewing equipment and installations, developing fuse and transformer settings, coordinating stakeholders, and communicating project progress, risks, and technical issues.
