Manage and develop accounting leaders, drive US GAAP technical decisions, strengthen controls, and partner cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate consolidated financial reporting.

Own growth and player behavior analytics across sportsbook, casino, and poker. Partner with Revenue Ops, Marketing, Product, and VIP to run retention, bonus optimization, segmentation, A/B testing, and predictive modeling using SQL, Snowflake, ML/AI tooling, and Python. Turn analysis into actionable recommendations and measurement frameworks.

Lead design and launch of an HR Intelligence Hub: audit and standardize job descriptions, build a Confluence repository, update HR vendor directory with scorecards and compliance tracking, run validation sessions with leaders, and design governance and maintenance protocols to ensure long-term accuracy and usability.

Lead day-to-day IT SOX program execution: perform risk assessments, scope applications and controls, test IT general and automated controls, monitor control execution, drive remediation, partner with Technology, Accounting and auditors, and improve processes and automation to strengthen the control environment.
