Own acquisition budgets, CPA and commission models, partner economics, forecasting, affiliate technology, attribution, compliance, and analytics. Build publisher relationships, support new market launches, oversee affiliate operations and managed services, and manage an Affiliate Manager. Collaborate with Finance, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, BI, MarTech, and Engineering to optimize customer acquisition, mobile conversion, app installs, and partner ROI.

Leads and develops a software engineering team while overseeing delivery, quality, operational excellence, capacity planning, risk management, and cross-functional execution. Provides technical leadership in architecture, APIs, distributed systems, reliability, monitoring, incident management, and secure engineering practices. Coaches employees, manages performance and staffing, tracks metrics, communicates with stakeholders, and drives sustainable improvements in an inclusive work environment.

Lead the architecture and governance of data models within a cloud-native Data Platform. Develop analytics datasets, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability while mentoring other engineers.
