The Accounting Operations Analyst will support month-end close, ensure compliance with US GAAP, improve workflows via automation, analyze data, and collaborate with teams on financial reporting.

Lead design and launch of an HR Intelligence Hub: audit and standardize job descriptions, build a Confluence repository, update HR vendor directory with scorecards and compliance tracking, run validation sessions with leaders, and design governance and maintenance protocols to ensure long-term accuracy and usability.

Coordinate and manage complex production changes and deployments, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, prepare release notes, communicate with stakeholders, track progress and metrics, resolve deployment issues, and improve change management processes.
