Leads corporate accounting operations, including monthly close, general ledger, accounts payable, treasury support, global consolidation, controls, and technical accounting under US GAAP. Manages and develops accounting leaders, improves processes through automation and AI, supports liquidity planning, and partners cross-functionally on reporting, intercompany transactions, and international finance.

Leads software engineering teams, overseeing people development, delivery execution, quality, operational excellence, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Provides technical leadership in architecture, APIs, distributed systems, reliability, monitoring, incident management, and secure engineering practices. Manages risks, dependencies, performance metrics, staffing plans, and continuous improvement while fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe workplace.

Monitor SIEM and security platforms, investigate and classify alerts, respond to incidents using playbooks, and support vulnerability management. Maintain detection rules, identify monitoring gaps, document incidents, and assist with forensic investigations and evidence collection. The role also involves improving security procedures, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and supporting threat mitigation across the organization.
