Coordinate and manage capital needs for a real estate portfolio: prepare capital budgets, procure and oversee contractors, ensure permits and compliance, maintain project accounting records, conduct inspections and IRC processes, coordinate repairs with maintenance and third-party contractors, and complete required state reporting. Ensure documentation, vendor payments, and contract negotiation while supporting cross-departmental goals and occasional nights/weekend availability and travel.

Coordinate person-centered care for older adults by building relationships, developing and updating Healthy Living Plans, convening SASH teams, arranging transitions and services, organizing wellness activities, supervising volunteers, conducting outreach, and maintaining participant records and communications.
