Assist customers with firearms and sporting goods sales, maintain accurate firearm-sale records, and ensure compliance with FFL and ATF regulations. Stock merchandise, receive freight, conduct cycle counts, prepare for audits, and train staff on Form 4473, A&D logs, identification requirements, multiple sales, corrections, refused sales, and straw-sale prevention.

The Sales Associate assists customers by providing excellent service, managing transactions, handling merchandise, and maintaining store appearance. Duties include greeting customers, cashier responsibilities, and stock management.
