Provide customer service and sales support in the sporting goods department, manage pricing and stocking, assist receiving and cycle counts, ensure ATF/internal audit readiness, and maintain accurate firearm sale records (A&D logs, Form 4473 procedures). Train staff on firearms paperwork, multiple-sale recording, ID verification, and refusal/straw-sale identification.

The Firearms Specialist will manage firearm sales compliance, assist customers in the Sporting Goods Department, and maintain accurate records.

Assist customers in the Sporting Goods department, handle pricing, stocking, receiving and cycle counts, and ensure compliance with FFL and ATF regulations. Complete and maintain accurate firearm sale records (4473s, A&D logs), train staff on firearms paperwork and procedures, and prepare the store for audits.
