Embed with military users to design, build, deploy, and support full-stack software for logistics. Own features end-to-end, integrate systems, monitor performance, and iterate with users in operational environments; travel ~25% for field deployments.

Serve as the liaison between Rune and military customers: gather operational requirements, support deployments and training, translate needs into product priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and integrate customer data to improve the logistics platform.

Build and own QA for TyrOS: review PRs, run ephemeral environments, develop and maintain Playwright end-to-end suites, design automated regression and non-functional tests, execute release validation, collaborate with engineers and field teams, and establish QA metrics, documentation, and scalable processes.
