Provide administrative and PA support to three directors, manage office operations, client recruitment and enrolment, property and guest/tenant management, run marketing and recruitment activities, coordinate partners and events, handle bookings/check-ins, and meet quarterly targets while maintaining records, reports and customer relations.

Lead and optimise daily operations, staff performance, and the student recruitment pipeline. Implement SOPs, SLAs, KPIs and performance dashboards; manage HR, finance, facilities, compliance, and customer service to improve productivity, conversion and service quality. Provide coaching, run performance reviews, identify operational gaps, and drive continuous improvement to meet organisational targets.
