Provides executive and operational support to the Regional Manager by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, action tracking, team performance, CRM compliance, client applications, visa administration, and partnership activities. The role also handles confidential information, ensures IKM and company policy compliance, monitors deadlines and follow-through, prepares management reports, and contributes directly to business development through a target of six new paying clients and ₦2 million in monthly revenue or value.

Design, develop, secure and maintain multiple websites and digital platforms for RGR and subsidiaries; plan and run SEO, Google/Meta Ads, email and social campaigns; generate and manage leads through CRM; create content (graphics, video, copy); monitor analytics and produce performance reports; support brand consistency, events and business development; travel as required.

Structured graduate programme for recent graduates/NYSC corps members to rotate through business functions (operations, admin, recruitment, marketing, finance, HR). Trainees receive mentoring, training, support daily operations, assist projects, collect and report data, support community engagement and deliver customer service while developing leadership, project coordination and data-analysis skills.
