Design, develop, secure and maintain multiple websites and digital platforms for RGR and subsidiaries; plan and run SEO, Google/Meta Ads, email and social campaigns; generate and manage leads through CRM; create content (graphics, video, copy); monitor analytics and produce performance reports; support brand consistency, events and business development; travel as required.

Structured graduate programme for recent graduates/NYSC corps members to rotate through business functions (operations, admin, recruitment, marketing, finance, HR). Trainees receive mentoring, training, support daily operations, assist projects, collect and report data, support community engagement and deliver customer service while developing leadership, project coordination and data-analysis skills.

Provide administrative and PA support to three directors, manage office operations, client recruitment and enrolment, property and guest/tenant management, run marketing and recruitment activities, coordinate partners and events, handle bookings/check-ins, and meet quarterly targets while maintaining records, reports and customer relations.
