Manage revenue recognition, billing coordination, earn-out and contingent consideration tracking, investment advisory fee reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and revenue reporting. The role analyzes trends and variances, maintains accounting records, improves processes, and supports finance activities while collaborating with client service teams in a hybrid professional services environment.

Leads the firm's internal accounting function, overseeing close processes, financial reporting, treasury, revenue cycle, internal controls, compliance, and acquisition integration. Manages and develops a team of accounting professionals, supports budgeting and forecasting with FP&A, advises executive leadership and the Finance Committee, and drives process improvements, technology initiatives, and accounting best practices.

Manage business tax engagements including compliance, planning, and review of returns and workpapers. Supervise and develop team members, research and resolve technical tax issues, ensure profitable engagements, and support business development and client service. Provide on-call and seasonal coverage and travel as needed.
