Owns the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through contract negotiation and account growth. Builds C-suite relationships, closes complex multi-year agreements exceeding $1 million in annual contract value, and drives revenue across national accounts. Collaborates with sales, sourcing, account management, and marketing teams, supports share-of-wallet expansion, maintains customer relationships, and represents the company at trade shows. The role requires approximately 50% travel or onsite work.

Lead regional vendor sourcing and performance management to optimize cost and service for key accounts. Build vendor relationships, manage procurement lifecycle, support sales/account teams, drive vendor adoption of programs, analyze financial benefits, and supervise a regional sourcing team.

Manage US HR operations and support international/cross-border teams. Advise leaders on policies, handle employee relations and compliance, oversee talent, leaves, payroll/benefits coordination, HR reporting, and support HR program development and rollout.

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and web portals; process and update service requests; schedule services; follow up on tickets; resolve billing/payment issues; support reporting and project tasks; escalate problems and communicate status to customers and internal teams.

Serve as primary client contact and lead the client service team for key accounts. Manage end-to-end account operations, escalations, billing, performance reporting, project implementation, annual planning, and cross-functional collaboration to meet SLAs and diversion/zero-waste goals.

Support FP&A and core finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, variance and KPI analysis, month-end close, commission validation, pricing and cost modeling, hauler cost and late-fee analysis, SMB/E‑commerce reporting, and ad hoc reporting for leadership and the Board.

Manage and govern vendor, contract, pricing, and compliance data. Coordinate vendor onboarding documentation, perform data quality reviews, maintain operational databases, create reports/dashboards, support audits, and drive process improvements across Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.

Provide data-driven insights and operational support for key customer accounts, manage billing lifecycle, audit statements, resolve escalations, build recurring reports and dashboards, analyze complex datasets to drive cost savings and process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve operations.
