Creates, publishes, and optimises content across websites, social media, blogs, and third-party platforms. Develops content plans, supports integrated marketing and lead-generation campaigns, manages social channels, and produces testimonials, event coverage, and storytelling content. The role collaborates with Communications, internal teams, residents, clients, and agencies while coordinating workshops, reports, and external stakeholders.

Manage third-party contractor compliance, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding while serving as the Rapid Global system owner. Maintain governance, access controls, data integrity, reporting, licences, qualifications, and screening checks. Support audits, regulatory compliance, process improvements, policies, training materials, and stakeholder engagement with internal teams and external providers.

Supports personalized leisure, recreation, and engagement programs for aged-care residents, including individual activities, group sessions, events, and dementia-friendly experiences. Maintains care and participation documentation, promotes resident choice and wellbeing, collaborates with care teams, and contributes to risk management and continuous improvement.

Provide person-centred personal care to aged care residents, follow care plans, promote wellbeing and independence, support activities, participate in risk management and quality improvement, and collaborate with families and the care team.

Provide frontline client support at the Hawkesbury Veteran and Family Hub, managing wellbeing appointments, community liaison, event coordination, and social media. Deliver excellent customer service, build stakeholder relationships, advocate for ADF community members, and contribute to community engagement initiatives.

Perform month-end journal entries, balance sheet and revenue reconciliations, ensure compliance with controls and governance, support external audits, lead finance process improvements, maintain accurate financial records, and provide broader Finance team support.

Provide regional WHS leadership across aged care operations: implement safety strategies, drive injury prevention and return-to-work, maintain WHS systems for compliance, coach leaders, manage incidents, emergency preparedness, monitoring and reporting to improve safety outcomes.

Support month-end financial processes, prepare reconciliations, assist with BAS, reporting and audit requirements, maintain financial controls and general ledger accuracy, contribute to process improvements and finance projects, and provide general support across the Finance team.

Support residents' wellbeing by planning and facilitating meaningful leisure and engagement activities, removing participation barriers, promoting independence, following person-centred care, participating in risk management and continuous improvement, and collaborating with the care team.

Lead clinical governance and continuous improvement across residential aged care facilities. Oversee quality audits, ensure regulatory compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NSQHS, deliver staff training and orientation, analyze performance data to identify trends, implement improvement strategies, and prepare quality and compliance reports while supporting multidisciplinary teams and facility managers.

Provide person-centred personal care to aged and veteran residents according to care plans. Support independence and wellbeing, encourage engagement in activities, participate in risk management and quality improvement, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and cover night shifts as required.

Support the Recreation & Engagement Coordinator to plan, deliver and evaluate personalised leisure programs and activities for aged care residents, including dementia-friendly sessions, documentation, risk management and collaboration with care teams to promote wellbeing and independence.

Provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care to aged-care residents, work within a multidisciplinary team, deliver clinical leadership, participate in risk management and quality improvement, and ensure safe, individualised care while advocating for residents.

Support delivery of recreation and engagement programs for clients/residents. Assist with activity setup, supervise participants, help with events and outings, maintain simple records, and liaise with staff and families.

Coordinate and lead quality audits, compliance and staff training in a residential aged care setting. Identify improvement opportunities, implement best-practice care initiatives, and drive change management to improve resident outcomes and team culture.
