Manage home care service rosters, matching staff skills and availability with client needs and preferences. Supports resident choice, wellbeing, independence, and social connection through person-centred engagement, including dementia-informed activities. Maintains care documentation, collaborates with residents, representatives, and care teams, and contributes to risk management and continuous quality improvement.

The Quality Coordinator leads clinical governance, quality audits, regulatory compliance, risk management, staff training, and continuous improvement across residential aged care facilities. The role supports facility and clinical managers, analyzes performance data, prepares compliance reports, and implements initiatives to improve resident outcomes and client satisfaction. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to aged care, NSQHS, and organizational standards are central responsibilities.

Manage third-party contractor compliance, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding while serving as the Rapid Global system owner. Maintain governance, access controls, data integrity, reporting, licences, qualifications, and screening checks. Support audits, regulatory compliance, process improvements, policies, training materials, and stakeholder engagement with internal teams and external providers.

Coordinate and lead quality audits, compliance and staff training in a residential aged care setting. Identify improvement opportunities, implement best-practice care initiatives, and drive change management to improve resident outcomes and team culture.
