Lead and oversee person-centred recreation and engagement programs for aged-care residents. Assess residents’ interests and life histories, contribute to care planning, coordinate events and logistics, build community partnerships, and collaborate with care teams. Ensure activities promote choice, independence, wellbeing, and meaningful engagement while meeting aged-care quality standards and documentation requirements.

Leads end-to-end property development projects across residential care and retirement living, covering feasibility, approvals, procurement, design, construction, handover, budgets, risk, governance, compliance, and stakeholder management. The role requires strong commercial and financial capability, consultant and contractor oversight, and delivery of projects meeting time, cost, quality, safety, sustainability, and customer requirements.

Provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care to aged-care residents, work within a multidisciplinary team, deliver clinical leadership, participate in risk management and quality improvement, and ensure safe, individualised care while advocating for residents.
