Creates, publishes, and optimises content across websites, social media, blogs, and third-party platforms. Develops content plans, supports integrated marketing and lead-generation campaigns, manages social channels, and produces testimonials, event coverage, and storytelling content. The role collaborates with Communications, internal teams, residents, clients, and agencies while coordinating workshops, reports, and external stakeholders.

Manage third-party contractor compliance, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding while serving as the Rapid Global system owner. Maintain governance, access controls, data integrity, reporting, licences, qualifications, and screening checks. Support audits, regulatory compliance, process improvements, policies, training materials, and stakeholder engagement with internal teams and external providers.

Supports personalized leisure, recreation, and engagement programs for aged-care residents, including individual activities, group sessions, events, and dementia-friendly experiences. Maintains care and participation documentation, promotes resident choice and wellbeing, collaborates with care teams, and contributes to risk management and continuous improvement.
