Manages full-cycle recruiting for onsite multifamily property roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, hiring-manager communication, and recruiting metrics. Coordinates onboarding from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including paperwork, system access, equipment, first-day logistics, and structured check-ins. Partners with HR and site leadership to support retention, address concerns, and improve onboarding. Coaches leaders on interviewing and may support job fairs and onsite onboarding through occasional travel.

Support the HR team with digital file organization, document management, HR trackers, spreadsheets, employee records, recruiting materials, onboarding resources, and administrative projects. The intern will improve filing systems, create naming conventions and process guides, maintain accurate documentation, and help make HR processes more organized, accessible, and efficient while handling confidential information appropriately.
