Lead day-to-day operations of a multifamily community: lease and retain residents, manage budgets and vendor contracts, oversee maintenance and move-ins, drive occupancy through marketing and leasing, train and lead staff, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, and deliver excellent resident service.

Manage rent collection and community delinquency, assist Community Manager with on-site staff and vendor coordination, handle leasing and applicant screening, maintain ledgers and deposits, support eviction processes, resolve resident issues, and assist with maintenance scheduling and resident retention.
