Manages multifamily residential communities, including leasing, resident relations, occupancy, staff leadership, vendor and maintenance coordination, budgets, contracts, compliance, and property administration. Builds a positive team culture, promotes resident retention, supports financial performance, and ensures the community remains attractive, welcoming, safe, and well maintained.

Lead operations across a multifamily property portfolio, driving occupancy, revenue, financial performance, compliance, resident satisfaction, asset preservation, and expense control. Hire, train, mentor, and manage community teams; monitor budgets, delinquency, maintenance, renovations, and property conditions; analyze market trends and competition; ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance; and build relationships with residents, local communities, and ownership stakeholders. The role requires frequent property travel and proficiency with property management software.

Manages rent collection, delinquency follow-up, ledgers, deposits, evictions, leasing administration, resident relations, and retention activities. Supports the Community Manager with on-site personnel, vendors, contracts, financial reporting, maintenance work orders, move-ins, applicant screening, and lease processing. Ensures property presentation, compliance with Fair Housing requirements, and responsive resolution of resident issues.
