Design intuitive products for shippers, carriers, and operations; translate user needs into prioritized backlogs; partner with engineering in Agile; measure KPIs; leverage customer research, analytics, and AI to improve workflows and drive adoption and business outcomes.

Partner with field offices to source, engage, and screen independent contractor transportation talent. Execute high-volume outreach, assess DOT compliance and qualifications, maintain candidate records in the tracking system, and track recruitment metrics and competitor trends. Hybrid role requiring core business hours and some in-office presence.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, user-focused microservices and UIs. Mentor engineers, drive technical execution in Agile, own DevOps/observability on cloud, participate in on-call rotation, and enforce secure, testable API and platform practices.
