Manage general ledger accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, AP, AR, credit, collections, cash management, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax support. Lead AP and AR staff, strengthen internal controls, improve working capital, oversee accounting procedures, and coordinate reporting with corporate finance. The role is an on-site accounting leadership position supporting accurate, timely financial information and continuous process improvement.

Manages full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through onboarding. Sources active and passive candidates, builds talent pipelines, screens applicants, coordinates interviews, supports offers, and tracks recruiting metrics. Partners with hiring managers and represents the organization at job fairs, networking events, and university activities. Ensures background checks, paperwork, orientation, candidate communication, and onboarding processes are completed effectively and compliantly.
