Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of RPM's logistics technology platform. Design intuitive products for shippers, carriers, and operations; translate user needs into prioritized backlogs; partner with engineering in Agile; measure KPIs; leverage customer research, analytics, and AI to improve workflows and drive adoption and business outcomes.

On-site role executing customer vehicle relocation orders: schedule pickups/deliveries, coordinate additional services, update CRM, manage storage inventory, inspect vehicles, and communicate with staff, contractors, and customers to ensure compliance and timely execution.

Process vehicle titles and registrations end-to-end, issue temporary tags, verify VIN/odometer data, resolve registration issues with customers and agencies, manage order details and dashboards, communicate with customers and vendors, perform quality checks, and support day-to-day operations onsite in Gainesville, VA.
