Greets visitors, manages incoming calls and mail, coordinates FedEx shipments, maintains office supply inventory, assists Accounting, and supports internal and external customers. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, customer service, computer skills, and teamwork. It is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday office position with occasional lifting and general office physical demands.

Manages accounting and billing for more than 100 construction projects, including invoicing, variance analysis, collections, unbilled expense investigation, and auditor support. Coordinates with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely billings, resolve past-due accounts, identify additional billing opportunities, and maintain accurate project financial records.

Leads enterprise information security strategy, governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, incident response, security architecture oversight, identity and access controls, training, and executive reporting. Owns CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 compliance for federal and DoD construction contracts, maintains audit documentation, manages vendor risks, and coordinates security activities across corporate, field, project, and third-party environments.

Provides Level 2 IT support by resolving escalated hardware, software, network, and account-access issues. Installs and troubleshoots endpoints and peripherals, maintains MDM-managed devices, supports onboarding and offboarding, documents solutions, coordinates warranty repairs, and assists with IT projects. The role also mentors Tier 1 technicians and manages multiple support tickets.
