Own full sales cycle, generate pipeline, engage executive and clinical stakeholders, present clinical/financial value, negotiate contracts, and exceed revenue targets.

Lead new business development to source, develop, and close partnerships with self-insured employers, brokers, consultants, TPAs, and coalitions. Build executive relationships (CFOs, CHROs, Benefits Leaders), present ROI and clinical value, manage complex sales cycles from outreach to contract execution, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and drive revenue growth through hunter-style prospecting and relationship building.
