Supports financial, operational, and compliance audits under manager supervision. Responsibilities include analyzing and documenting audit information, identifying risks, drafting recommendations, preparing for external audits, completing administrative tasks, protecting confidential information, and complying with Bank Secrecy Act requirements. The intern develops practical audit, analytical, communication, and data skills while working onsite for a 12-month term.

The Community Relations Intern supports community event planning, coordination, and execution; represents Royal Credit Union at local events; and helps create media pitches, press releases, blogs, and social media content. The role also supports volunteer and youth programs, promotional materials, financial education, grants, administrative tasks, and process improvements. The intern works onsite in New Richmond, maintains reliable transportation, and commits to a 12-month internship while enrolled in school.

Creates written, video, animated, and graphic social media content; schedules and deploys posts; maintains content calendars; supports paid campaigns, A/B testing, KPI tracking, reporting, trend research, and competitor analysis. Collaborates with marketing and other departments to maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms. This 12-month internship requires university enrollment, approximately 15–40 hours weekly depending on season, and attendance at initial training in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
