Site-based SHEQ Coordinator supporting quayside operations in Waalhaven. Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal SHEQ standards, perform safety walks, site inductions, inspections, incident reporting and investigations, risk register maintenance, audits, and provide SHEQ input for vessel repairs. Work closely with supervisors, crews, subcontractors and Site Manager to promote safe behaviours and continuous improvement.

Prepare and analyse management accounts for subsidiaries and support the Group's largest company; process invoicing; support VAT, CIS and cashflow reporting; monitor plant and personnel costs (including fuel and timesheets); contribute to budgeting, forecasting, audits and month-end/year-end activities.

Lead and supervise offshore ROV operations using Saab Seaeye and Kystdesign systems.
