Lead and manage acoustics and environmental technical engineering teams to design, plan, and deliver acoustic and environmental services. Coordinate multi-discipline vessel installations, manage project risks, support bids, provide operational troubleshooting, oversee contractors, attend vessel mobilisations, conduct incident investigations, and support R&D. Site-based SHEQ Coordinator supporting quayside operations in Waalhaven. Oversee technical management of vessels in the Middle East: plan budgets, supervise maintenance and dry-docking, enforce SHEQ standards, lead regional technical team, support tendering and client engagement, and maintain vessel documentation and compliance.

Manage supplier invoices, payments, bank and cash transactions, reconciliations, and support month-end close. Monitor approval workflows, resolve discrepancies, and respond to vendor and internal payment queries within a global shared service center.

Support group-level tax reporting, accounting and compliance: calculate and review current and deferred tax, effective tax rate analysis, tax disclosures, Pillar Two/GloBE reporting, coordinate with local teams and advisors, and improve tax accounting processes, controls and documentation.

Lead contract administration and provide commercial and contractual support across complex international maritime and civil engineering projects. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, variation orders and claims; maintain progress reports and correspondence; collaborate with project teams, insurance, procurement and legal counsel; and mentor Contract Managers and Quantity Surveyors.

Manage end-to-end crewing for assigned vessels: recruit, appoint, contract, and deploy crew on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with STCW, flag/port state, ISM and customer requirements. Coordinate training, appraisals, and localisation programmes, liaise with crewing agencies and stakeholders, support audits and Shipmate implementation, and improve crewing operations.
