Site-based SHEQ Coordinator supporting quay activities: conduct safety walks and inspections, deliver inductions/toolbox talks, review safety plans, support vessel repair SHEQ, manage incident reporting and investigations, maintain risk register, perform audits, and promote Boskalis safety values on site.

Oversee technical management of vessels in the Middle East: plan budgets, supervise maintenance and dry-docking, enforce SHEQ standards, lead regional technical team, support tendering and client engagement, and maintain vessel documentation and compliance.

Perform diving and rigging tasks for emergency responses and wreck removals worldwide. Support salvage activities including welding, cargo handling, deck support, and maintenance of dive equipment, working as part of a mobile salvage team under direction of the Salvage Master.

Provide technical support for electrical, automation and DP systems across the Offshore Energy fleet. Ensure equipment availability and reliability, advise fleet teams, troubleshoot, support dockings and repairs, improve PMS and spares policy, inspect vessels, liaise with vendors, and coach teams on safe, efficient operation.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and data models; write DAX and Power Query; integrate data from SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs and cloud platforms; improve pipelines and data quality; provide SharePoint functional support, automation with Power Automate, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.

Support execution of international dredging and marine construction projects. Assist site operations (mobilization, installation, demobilization), detailed planning and monitoring, daily progress reporting, and coordinating Boskalis and subcontractor vessel crews to ensure safe, efficient project delivery.

Lead commercial strategy and bidding for the assigned region, build client relationships, win new business, manage tender and contract processes, maintain CRM and commercial reporting, advise on joint ventures, and execute promotional activities to support regional growth.

Design, build, test, document, and maintain survey software for hydrographic surveyors. Identify requirements, implement data processing and visualization solutions (often C++/Linux), collaborate with stakeholders, and occasionally travel for deployments.

Provide technical support for vessel electrical, automation and DP systems: troubleshooting, inspections, lifecycle and spares policy, PMS improvements, vendor visits, and coaching fleet teams to ensure reliable, safe operation of electrical and automation equipment.

Support commercial and sales activities for subsea cable projects: analyze market and competitor data, coordinate client inquiries, maintain portals and documentation, assist tender and proposal preparation, and deputise the Commercial Manager to maintain client relationships.

Manage day-to-day HR operations for global HQ and expatriates: payroll preparation, benefits administration, HR systems and data integrity, recruitment and onboarding support, employee relations contact, and continuous improvement of HR processes and reporting.

Serve as technical focal point for subsea project delivery: provide engineered, safe execution, tender support, develop installation methodology, oversee onshore preparations, and travel onshore/offshore to ensure workscopes meet specifications.

Coordinate global (de)mobilization of vessels and large equipment: manage shipping tenders and contracts, customs compliance, transport logistics, sea fastening design/installation coordination, reporting, and supplier/port agent relationships.

Support safety, health, environment and quality across Seabed Intervention projects. Act as SHE-Q contact for project teams and vessel crews, perform risk assessments and audits, deliver training, prepare documentation, advise mitigations, and help implement SHE-Q policy and the NINA safety program.

Provide day-to-day administrative and light PA support to the Managing Director and senior team, manage office systems and facilities, coordinate meetings, travel and events, supervise a small office team, handle enquiries, maintain records, and ensure confidentiality and smooth office operations during a one-year maternity cover.

Manage full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL); prepare periodic and ad-hoc financial and management reports; compile reporting packages; prepare forecasts, budgets and annual financial statements; liaise with tax agents and auditors; lead audits; perform ad-hoc projects. Work from Boskalis Singapore office as part of a ~23-person team.

Provide expert technical authority for propulsion and auxiliary engines across the fleet: diagnose complex failures, assess and manage repairs, evaluate suppliers/OEM scopes, ensure OEM/class compliance, attend critical on-board/dock repairs, share lessons learned, and support Fleet Teams on planning, budgeting, and risk-based repair solutions.

Manage end-to-end payroll for the DiveOps workforce, ensuring timely, accurate payments and compliance with PAYE and foreign tax rules. Process payroll transactions, reconcile control accounts, support international tax/hypo-tax calculations, maintain payroll data integrity, liaise with offshore teams, and assist the Payroll Manager as needed.

Lead technical delivery of subsea/offshore projects to meet contract and client requirements. Provide tender support, develop installation methodologies, oversee onshore/offshore execution, ensure safe engineering practices, and mentor trainee/project engineers.

Maintain and repair vessel machinery and electrical equipment, perform inspections and planned maintenance, carry out pre-departure checks, manage fuel transfers and engine room records, follow safety and environmental procedures, hand over duties, and perform GP Rating duties onboard project vessels around the UK and Ireland.
