Reviews tender opportunities, develops commercial and technical proposals, prepares bids and risk registers, presents offers for approval, and supports project handovers and execution. The role also monitors clarifications, maintains tender records, contributes to lessons learned and procedures, supports market and business development planning, and represents the company at client meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.

The Senior Accountant serves as the finance contact for an assigned business unit within Boskalis’ shared service centre. Responsibilities include coordinating financial transactions, reviewing account specifications, reconciliations and trial balances, managing finance improvement projects, and preparing monthly or quarterly reports. The role also provides management advice, ensures reporting accuracy and compliance, and may mentor junior finance staff.

Support global tax reporting, tax accounting, and compliance processes. Prepare and review current and deferred tax positions, effective tax rate analyses, disclosures, IFRIC/IAS 12 positions, and Pillar Two reporting. Coordinate with international finance teams and external advisors, validate reporting data, support audits, and improve tax accounting controls, documentation, systems, and data quality.
