Coordinates international travel arrangements by booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and ferry transportation; prepares itineraries; answers travel policy questions; and manages travel within budget and established procedures. The role requires independent work, strong listening and problem-solving skills, travel industry expertise, Galileo GDS knowledge, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Own the month-end management reporting cycle, ensuring accurate financial results, reporting packs, analysis, and commentary. Coordinate annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, consolidate stakeholder submissions, and serve as a finance contact for reporting matters. Support finance systems development, process standardization, automation, and transformation initiatives while guiding finance colleagues and collaborating with shared services and management.

Provides technical engineering support for infrastructure tenders, projects, and designs. Responsibilities include drafting specifications, developing technical solutions, defining engineering scope, supervising colleagues and subcontractors, managing planning and budgets, reporting progress, identifying deviations, supporting project execution, and improving engineering processes. The role focuses on civil infrastructure projects such as highways, dikes, and water barriers and is based in Abu Dhabi.
