Support group-level tax reporting, accounting and compliance: calculate and review current and deferred tax, effective tax rate analysis, tax disclosures, Pillar Two/GloBE reporting, coordinate with local teams and advisors, and improve tax accounting processes, controls and documentation.

Lead contract administration and provide commercial and contractual support across complex international maritime and civil engineering projects. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, variation orders and claims; maintain progress reports and correspondence; collaborate with project teams, insurance, procurement and legal counsel; and mentor Contract Managers and Quantity Surveyors.

Develop high-quality 3D construction models and pragmatic designs for dredging projects, review drawings, identify interfaces/risks, coordinate models, advise design teams, and produce animations to support project implementation.
