Provide contractual and commercial support to subsea project teams: review contracts, manage the Opportunity and Risk Register, attend project meetings, arrange bonds/insurances, issue vessel mobilisation notifications, review vessel cost trackers using DPR, and support cost tracking, forecasting and monthly BCR reporting while assisting procurement and subcontract flow-downs.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and data models; write DAX and Power Query transformations; ensure data pipeline quality; support SharePoint site architecture and automations; integrate backend services via Microsoft Graph and Azure Functions; translate business requirements into actionable BI solutions.

Site-based SHEQ Coordinator supporting quayside operations in Waalhaven. Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal SHEQ standards, perform safety walks, site inductions, inspections, incident reporting and investigations, risk register maintenance, audits, and provide SHEQ input for vessel repairs. Work closely with supervisors, crews, subcontractors and Site Manager to promote safe behaviours and continuous improvement.
