Manage multifamily construction projects in South Florida: oversee superintendents, subcontractors and vendors; control schedule, budgets, permits, safety, inspections and quality; prepare scopes, solicit bids, track costs, manage RFIs and attend OAC meetings; ensure code and funding compliance and lead site staff.

Ensure affordable housing properties comply with federal, state, and local program requirements (LIHTC, HUD, HOME, RD, Bonds). Conduct file audits, prepare for/attend audits, train and support onsite staff, review applicant eligibility, maintain compliance records and reports, and provide software and technical assistance.
