Oversee assigned residential property, supervise and develop community associates, manage leasing, resident selection, rent collection, deposits, budgets, vendors, maintenance requests, and property inspections. The Community Manager ensures regulatory compliance, supports resident services, resolves landlord-tenant issues, executes leasing marketing, maintains property standards, and delivers excellent customer service. The role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, and independent travel for property business.

Assists the Community Manager with apartment property operations, leasing, marketing, resident relations, rent collection, deposits, budgeting, vendor coordination, maintenance tracking, inspections, and compliance procedures. Provides customer service, supports resident programming, monitors property conditions, and helps manage financial and administrative records. Must be able to communicate professionally, work flexible schedules, travel for property business, and act as Community Manager when needed.
