Manage all operations of an assigned multifamily property: supervise staff, lease units, enforce rent collection, oversee maintenance and vendors, manage budgets, marketing, resident services, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. Provide leadership, training, and resident relations.

Support Community Manager with leasing, resident relations, rent collection, budget and vendor administration, property inspections, marketing, and administrative duties. Ensure regulatory compliance (HUD/affordable housing) and step in as acting manager when needed.

Oversee daily operations of an assigned multifamily property, lead and coach onsite associates, manage leasing/marketing, rent collection, vendor and maintenance coordination, budgetary tasks, resident services, and ensure property compliance and cleanliness.
