Oversee daily operations of an assigned apartment property: supervise and train staff, manage leasing, rent collection, budgets, vendor and maintenance coordination, resident relations, marketing, and ensure regulatory compliance and property upkeep.

Support the Community Manager with leasing, marketing, resident relations, rent collection, vendor oversight, budget assistance, maintenance request tracking, unit inspections, and property upkeep while performing administrative and customer-service duties.

Perform accounting support across departments: review reports, reconcile balance sheet items, assist month-end close, interpret financial and business documents for accounting impact, manage assigned projects, and communicate with staff to meet deadlines and reporting requirements.
