Supports the Community Manager with apartment leasing, resident relations, marketing, rent collection, financial records, budgeting, vendor compliance, maintenance tracking, property inspections, and resident services. Maintains welcoming community operations, assists with applicant screening and landlord-tenant matters, monitors property conditions, and may act as Community Manager. Requires strong communication, customer service, computer literacy, flexible scheduling, and the ability to travel for property business.

Oversees all operations of an assigned residential property, including staff leadership, leasing, resident relations, rent collection, budgeting, compliance, vendor coordination, maintenance tracking, and property inspections. The Community Manager trains and evaluates associates, supports resident services, manages landlord-tenant issues, monitors financial procedures, and ensures the property remains well maintained and compliant with applicable regulations.
