Support construction of hyperscale data center projects by coordinating construction phases, managing subcontractors, tracking costs and schedules, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, maintaining project documentation, overseeing change orders, and facilitating stakeholder communication and site sustainability efforts.

Support compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and people analytics by maintaining people data, building dashboards and reports, conducting benchmarking and pay equity analysis, administering LTIP and bonus programs, and delivering workforce insights to leadership to enable data-driven talent decisions.

Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. Coach managers, enable talent and succession planning, analyze workforce data to identify trends, and ensure cross-functional alignment across People pillars to scale a high-performance, principles-aligned culture.

Provide legal support for economic development, government/community affairs, regulatory and public policy matters. Draft and negotiate incentives, community benefit, development, and utility agreements; advise on land use, permitting, lobbying, and political engagement; represent Rowan in meetings and hearings; manage outside counsel; and partner across teams to de-risk and execute projects.

Manage post-execution operations of power and on-site generation (OSG) contracts across the portfolio. Own vendor and contract management, compliance, renewals, and counterparty engagement. Build OSG analytics, standard templates and playbooks, and maintain environmental-attribute data for ESG and clean energy reporting with Sustainability and Finance.

Lead month‑end close and financial reporting, prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, support A/R, A/P, billing, cash, capitalization, project accounting, and revenue recognition. Partner with FP&A, capital markets, and ops for budget-to-actual analysis, audits, intercompany accounting, and ad hoc analyses. Ensure accurate, audit-ready records and process improvements in a high-growth, capital-intensive environment.

Lead complex, cross-functional hyperscale data center programs: develop end-to-end project plans, implement centralized tracking and reporting, manage schedule/cost/quality performance, drive risk mitigation, and own executive communications to ensure scalable, sustainable delivery.

Lead evaluation and advancement of data center site development across a project portfolio, driving due diligence, entitlements, permitting, land agreements, stakeholder engagement, risk management, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to deliver sites into leasing and construction.

Lead portfolio-wide natural gas strategy and delivery for data center campuses, negotiating pipeline and supply agreements, designing resilient gas delivery solutions, developing hedging and analytics, coordinating cross-functional teams, shaping site selection and investment cases, and representing the company with utilities and partners to ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-effective on-site power fuel supply.

Design and standardize telecommunications infrastructure for Rowan data centers, including ISP/OSP systems, fiber backbone and cabling, carrier/MEET‑ME facilities, network topology/IP strategies, and commissioning/testing (OTDR). Coordinate across engineering, construction, operations, customers, and vendors from design through turnover.

Provide commercial legal support for project financings of data center and power infrastructure projects: draft and negotiate financing documents, advise stakeholders, manage deal teams and due diligence, ensure compliance with green loan requirements, and support portfolio financing strategies.

Manage day-to-day People Operations including onboarding, HRIS and ATS administration, compliance tracking, benefits and payroll support, employee lifecycle transactions, interview coordination, reporting, and process improvements to ensure compliant and employee-centered HR operations.
