Manages end-to-end construction safety for data center projects in Lytle, Texas. Responsibilities include monitoring site infrastructure and construction, enforcing contractor safety compliance, conducting audits and risk assessments, investigating incidents, analyzing EHS metrics, improving safety programs and procedures, and promoting worker engagement. The role directly supervises two safety professionals and collaborates with contractors, vendors, engineering, procurement, and development teams to support project delivery and operational readiness.
