Travel up to 25% is required to project sites and manufacturing facilities.

Leads the design and delivery of high- and medium-voltage transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure for data center projects. Manages consultants and cross-functional teams, coordinates with utilities and procurement, reviews RFPs and proposals, identifies project risks, supports design through commissioning and operations, establishes engineering standards, and mentors engineering staff. The role requires a licensed Professional Engineer, substantial complex electrical project experience, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency with engineering and productivity software.

Supports sustainability integration and decarbonization across data center development projects, focusing on site evaluation, due diligence, early design, reporting, certifications, ESG requirements, and performance metrics. Collaborates with development, energy, water, engineering, construction, operations, consultants, contractors, and customers. Assists with sustainability analyses, investment materials, technical reports, and corporate reporting while monitoring industry trends and identifying project risks and opportunities.

Supports Texas regulatory, legislative, and public policy activities for Rowan’s data center portfolio. Responsibilities include engaging policymakers, regulators, utilities, ERCOT, industry groups, and communities; analyzing policy and market developments; supporting project advocacy; preparing briefings and executive memoranda; monitoring risks and opportunities; and advising cross-functional teams on energy, infrastructure, economic development, and regulatory matters.

Leads external affairs for Rowan’s Texas data center portfolio, including government affairs, public policy, economic development, community relations, stakeholder engagement, legislative tracking, coalition building, project entitlements, and strategic communications. The role advocates for Rowan’s projects, supports economic development agreements and site opportunities, represents the company publicly, and helps maintain favorable government and community conditions. Requires regional travel of up to 30%.

Leads the company’s FP&A function, owning the operating P&L, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and executive insights. Manages end-to-end construction safety for data center projects in Lytle, Texas. Responsibilities include monitoring site infrastructure and construction, enforcing contractor safety compliance, conducting audits and risk assessments, investigating incidents, analyzing EHS metrics, improving safety programs and procedures, and promoting worker engagement. The role directly supervises two safety professionals and collaborates with contractors, vendors, engineering, procurement, and development teams to support project delivery and operational readiness.
