Collaborate with People team and travel occasionally for company events.

Lead Rowan's energy strategy for data centers, negotiate agreements, and develop partnerships to ensure sustainable and reliable energy infrastructure.

Support compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and people analytics by maintaining people data, building dashboards and reports, conducting benchmarking and pay equity analysis, administering LTIP and bonus programs, and delivering workforce insights to leadership to enable data-driven talent decisions.
