Manage and execute the owner/developer quality control program for hyperscale data center construction. Oversee QC inspections, compliance, closeout documentation, Procore reporting, third-party inspections, commissioning coordination, deficiency tracking, and continuous improvement while collaborating with project teams, GCs, subcontractors, and clients.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for data center technical and operational roles: source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS (Ashby), build talent pipelines, negotiate offers, advise hiring managers, and report hiring metrics. Collaborate with People team and travel occasionally for company events.

Design and standardize telecommunications infrastructure for Rowan data centers, including ISP/OSP systems, fiber backbone and cabling, carrier/MEET‑ME facilities, network topology/IP strategies, and commissioning/testing (OTDR). Coordinate across engineering, construction, operations, customers, and vendors from design through turnover.
