Lead cross-functional projects across product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and launch. Manage timelines, resources, and communications with internal teams and overseas suppliers. Troubleshoot quality and delivery claims, implement corrective actions, maintain project documentation and BOMs, and report status to leadership. Improve processes and use PM tools (Asana, Airtable, ERP) while accommodating time-zone needs and weekly on-site work.

Plan and execute weekly content across Instagram and TikTok (support Pinterest if experienced). Create, edit, and post short-form videos, stories, and static posts; write hooks/captions; manage scheduling and community engagement; track performance and iterate. Deliver 4–6 videos, 6–10 stories, 2–4 static posts weekly, attend 2–3 Pacific-time meetings, and work on a contract monthly retainer.
