Design, configure, and deploy Routeware waste-management solutions. Work with clients on route optimization, GPS/telematics, integrations (ERP/billing/fleet), training, demos, and ongoing technical support while informing product improvements.

Build a design system, establish accessibility and UX standards, operationalize UX in the agile SDLC, run lightweight user research, define UX success metrics, use AI tooling to accelerate design, and grow and mentor the UX team while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Sell Routeware's SaaS solutions to UK local authorities and private waste haulers. Manage full sales cycle, build stakeholder relationships, produce proposals and tender responses, maintain CRM pipeline, coordinate with internal teams, and travel regularly across the UK for meetings and events.
