Design, configure, and deploy Routeware waste-management solutions. Work with clients on route optimization, GPS/telematics, integrations (ERP/billing/fleet), training, demos, and ongoing technical support while informing product improvements.

Prepare, configure, test, inspect, repair, and ship Routeware hardware from the Portland warehouse. Support inventory, kitting, RMAs, and documentation; occasionally travel to customer sites for installations, troubleshooting, and field repairs. Coordinate fulfillment workflows and communicate technical findings to internal teams.

Generates accurate customer invoices, resolves billing disputes, maintains accounting records, posts general ledger entries, reconciles accounts, supports monthly close and financial reporting, documents controls, and assists with audits, tax support, acquisitions, and financial analysis. The role also collaborates across departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
