Graduate engineers rotate through project work, supporting design, reporting, contract documentation, implementation, site supervision, and engineering administration. The role requires collaboration with project engineers and technicians, adherence to safety and company standards, and practical application of civil, structural, or environmental engineering. Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and English-language skills are essential. Industry experience is desirable but not required.

Design and implement permanent way solutions for light and heavy rail projects, including track alignment, assessment and inspection. Produce detailed permanent way designs (vignole/trough rail, ballasted and street track), earthworks and drainage, apply Irish/UK standards, manage projects and deliver quality outputs while working toward chartered status.
