Roughan & O’Donovan (ROD) is an independently owned Irish civil, environmental and structural engineering consultancy. The firm plans, designs and manages major infrastructure projects, providing multidisciplinary expertise across roads, bridges, transport, water, environmental, geotechnical and building-related work. Founded by Derry Roughan and Joe O’Donovan, ROD operates from offices in Dublin, Cork and Leeds and serves complex infrastructure programmes for public and private clients.
