Oversee upstream supplier supply chains, ensuring material and information flow, supplier on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and operational excellence. Manage SKU parameters, supplier master data, performance reporting, shortages, expediting, supplier relationships, product lifecycle, and NPI activities within the ERP system. Lead supplier improvement projects using lean methodologies, root-cause analysis, and action plans while minimizing disruption, obsolete inventory, and costs.

Sales Engineer responsible for growing Rotork’s CPI business across the Benelux region. The role combines technical sales, customer relationship management, solution development, product demonstrations, proposals, training, market analysis, and CRM administration. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams, support customers across industries such as pharma, marine, food and beverage, and data centers, and travel regularly for customer visits and industry events.

Analyze, cleanse, validate, and migrate Engineering and CPQ data for a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 rollout. Develop Power BI and Excel dashboards, manage ETL workflows, identify trends and anomalies, and maintain data quality through migration cycles. Present findings to senior stakeholders, support production cutover and early-life operations, and identify process improvements. The role requires strong database, programming, data profiling, master data management, migration, visualization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
