Analyze, cleanse, validate, and migrate Engineering and CPQ data supporting a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 rollout. Build automated Power BI and Excel reports, manage ETL processes, identify data trends and anomalies, and maintain data quality throughout migration cycles. Present findings to stakeholders, support production cutover and early-life operations, and identify process improvements. The role requires strong database, programming, analytics, data visualization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Lead development and implementation of HSE strategies across EMEA. Manage and mentor HSE team, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain ISO 45001/14001 systems, run audits, deliver HSE training, analyse HSE data, and manage cross-functional HSE projects to promote a safety culture.
