Provide technical support, proposals, demos, and training for customers during product evaluation, integration, and deployment. Collaborate with R&D, product, and sales teams, troubleshoot application issues, create technical documentation, and support field sales with technical expertise.

Design and govern enterprise integration architecture across on‑prem, cloud, and SaaS systems. Produce integration artefacts, enforce standards, support delivery teams, assure security and compliance, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and drive continuous improvement in integration platforms and practices.

Manage on-site Dynamics 365 (D365) deployments across Singapore and Thailand. Develop detailed implementation and cutover plans, coordinate cross-functional readiness activities, track risks and dependencies, lead cutover/runbook execution, support change adoption and early life support, and report implementation KPIs. Serve as primary interface between central programme and local site teams to ensure successful go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
