The role requires strong database, programming, analytics, data visualization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Lead development and implementation of HSE strategies across EMEA. Manage and mentor HSE team, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain ISO 45001/14001 systems, run audits, deliver HSE training, analyse HSE data, and manage cross-functional HSE projects to promote a safety culture.

Leads strategic and operational talent acquisition, workforce planning, complex recruitment, early-career programs, talent pipelines, vendor governance, and hiring analytics. Partners with business leaders and hiring managers to develop workforce strategies, improve candidate experience, support diversity and inclusion, manage agencies and regional SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across talent processes and initiatives.
