Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, vendors, resources, governance, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders, provide project and financial reporting, ensure adherence to project management standards, and support change management and technology adoption. The role also requires managing supplier relationships, contractual obligations, and post-project reviews while delivering business outcomes on time and within budget.

Lead logistics transformation and warehouse strategy across APAC sites. Responsibilities include PFEP analysis, warehouse and point-of-use design, cycle-count governance, logistics process development, inventory planning, supplier and packaging initiatives, continuous improvement, business-system audits, stakeholder management, training, and process mapping. The role supports D365 deployment and drives standardized warehouse operations, efficiency improvements, and successful site transitions.
