Lead and manage new and used vehicle sales to meet volume, profitability, and CSI goals. Recruit, train, and coach sales staff; desk and structure deals; monitor KPIs, inventory, pricing, and CRM usage; resolve customer escalations; and ensure compliance with lender and dealership policies.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by greeting customers, conducting walkarounds and test drives, building relationships, following up leads, responding to emails, using CRM, and meeting CSI and sales targets.

Lead and standardize Finance & Insurance across five dealership locations: build and coach F&I teams, optimize menus and product penetration, manage lender/vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, partner with sales to improve deal quality, and report performance to operations leadership.

Coordinate benefits enrollment and administration, onboarding, payroll/timekeeping, HRIS and employee records, FMLA/LOA/ADA and workers' comp support, open enrollment communications, recruiting support, and employee relations inquiries.
