Manage all used-car sales staff, ensuring sales targets and customer service standards are met. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, cross-training, coaching, monitoring CRM activity, setting performance standards, driving sales results, and managing vehicle inventory stocking and pricing. The role requires strong communication, customer engagement, organization, confidence under pressure, and a proven sales management track record.

Lead and standardize Finance & Insurance across five dealership locations: build and coach F&I teams, optimize menus and product penetration, manage lender/vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, partner with sales to improve deal quality, and report performance to operations leadership.

Coordinate benefits enrollment and administration, onboarding, payroll/timekeeping, HRIS and employee records, FMLA/LOA/ADA and workers' comp support, open enrollment communications, recruiting support, and employee relations inquiries.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by greeting customers, conducting walkarounds and test drives, building relationships, following up leads, responding to emails, using CRM, and meeting CSI and sales targets.
