The role partners with AI leadership on technical, organizational, and HR matters.

Own the end-to-end architecture for an EMAT flow sensor spanning hardware, embedded software, AI, signal processing, and cloud applications. Guide cross-functional development teams, translate product and customer requirements into technical specifications, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead system integration and testing. Serve as a technical contact for customers and stakeholders while supporting agile collaboration across international teams.

Develops ROS2-based manipulator control and end-effector handling algorithms for autonomous underwater vehicles performing close-range maritime infrastructure inspections. Responsibilities include implementing and validating robotics solutions, analyzing sensor and navigation data, supporting simulations and ocean field tests, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, universities, and research institutions.

Develop control, kinematics, and trajectory-planning algorithms for manipulator arms on autonomous underwater vehicles. Design and validate subsea infrastructure inspection solutions, conduct simulations and maritime field tests, analyze sensor and navigation data, and implement ROS2-based software. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, universities, and research partners on underwater robotics development.

Develop ROS2-based signal-processing algorithms for NDT sensor heads on autonomous underwater vehicles. Design and validate subsea infrastructure inspection solutions, process real-time and downstream sensor data, conduct simulations and maritime field tests, and collaborate with vehicle-control, mission-planning, research, and university partners.

Conduct a thesis exploring acoustic metamaterials to shape and focus ultrasound emissions for higher-resolution single-measurement imaging; design and test lab setups, evaluate applicability to other sensor types, and integrate the work into ongoing company projects under supervision.

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-high complexity projects: plan, schedule, resource, manage risk, budget and invoicing, ensure HSE and contract compliance, coordinate stakeholders, approve deliverables, capture lessons learned, and identify additional sales opportunities.

Design and prototype sensors (acoustic, ultrasonic, etc.), develop signal-processing algorithms, automate data acquisition and analysis, evaluate performance in lab/field, define requirements and architecture, produce documentation, integrate with mechanical/electrical/software teams, troubleshoot hardware, and support IP activities.

Lead hands-on testing, deployment, maintenance and repair of autonomous subsea robotics (ASR/AUV) platforms. Develop and execute test plans, provide R&D feedback, support customer projects and tendering, train operations staff, and enforce QHSE standards during workshop and offshore operations.

Perform full-cycle accounting for assigned entities including AP/AR, general ledger, bank and intercompany reconciliations, prepare financial statements, ensure U.S. GAAP/IFRS compliance, support audits, and improve financial processes and controls.

Design, build, and operate scalable batch and streaming data pipelines; optimize storage and query performance on a data lakehouse; implement data quality, lineage, security controls; build observability and automation; write well-tested production code and maintain documentation while collaborating across teams.

Analyze oilfield and sensor data to optimize well and reservoir production, define operational strategies, collaborate with customers to deliver data-driven insights, and contribute to development and validation of flow sensors and data-driven measurement systems using reservoir simulation and machine learning.
