Conduct a thesis exploring acoustic metamaterials to shape and focus ultrasound emissions for higher-resolution single-measurement imaging; design and test lab setups, evaluate applicability to other sensor types, and integrate the work into ongoing company projects under supervision.

Lead HR for the Houston office: implement global HR strategy, advise managers on employee relations, drive talent management, recruitment, performance management, engagement, change programs, ensure compliance, oversee payroll outsourcing, and build HR processes and stakeholder relationships.

Drive international sales of AI-driven, real-time upstream production and reservoir optimization services. Develop regional sales strategy for Europe and APAC, manage full sales cycle, build C-level relationships with operators, maintain pipeline and forecasting, gather market intelligence, represent the company at industry events, and support thought leadership and customer success.
