Coordinate delivery, assembly, inspection, and release of modular products at job sites. Serve as onsite point of contact, oversee subcontractors, review drawings/submittals, document inspection issues, and support freight and construction problem resolution.

Lead complex, multi-year data center programs across the full product lifecycle. Serve as primary client contact, manage program forecasting, change orders, metrics, and project managers, and drive account growth while ensuring disciplined execution and contract alignment.

Manage collection, tracking, filing, and distribution of project documents, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Maintain electronic and hard-file systems, prepare reports and presentations, input daily project data, archive records, and support construction management with monthly reporting and procedural documentation.
