Teams at Rosendin

Lead HSE strategy and multiple safety teams across construction and operational data center sites. Drive hazard ID, incident investigations, training, compliance, and leadership development. Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, and corporate stakeholders to implement safety programs, site-specific plans, and proactive risk-reduction initiatives while mentoring future leaders.

Coordinates modular power solution deployments from manufacturing through customer turnover. Supports field installation, punch-list activities, milestone tracking, documentation, stakeholder communication, safety and quality compliance, and continuous improvement. The role requires interpreting electrical schematics and construction blueprints while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, project management, supply chain, field operations, and customers. Work occurs in hybrid office and active construction-site environments with travel up to 25%.

Supports the design, development, documentation, and continuous improvement of modular power systems. Assists with electrical system design, drawings, calculations, technical documentation, design reviews, engineering changes, and production-readiness activities. Collaborates with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Project Management, and senior engineers to resolve technical issues and improve safety, quality, manufacturability, and cost. The role includes supervised field or shop-floor observations and up to 10% travel.
