Entry-level electrical engineer supporting design and coordination of power, lighting, and auxiliary systems. Prepare single-line diagrams, short-circuit and overcurrent coordination studies, review submittals, perform site surveys under supervision, and collaborate with multi-discipline teams.

Collects, maintains, logs, distributes, and archives project documentation. Performs filing, correspondence and transmittal processing, compliance reporting, records management, meeting scheduling, and project information entry. Tracks RFIs, submittals, and change orders; supports monthly reports, presentations, project procedures, manuals, and libraries. Collaborates with construction management staff, vendors, clients, and employees while managing multiple priorities and confidential records.

Delivers onboarding, skills, and leadership development training for field and office employees. Designs and customizes training content, facilitates classroom and hands-on sessions, administers assessments, tracks training metrics, analyzes feedback, coordinates vendors and internal departments, supports grants and continuing education, and coaches employees. Mentors junior workforce development trainers and helps connect field and office teams through joint training opportunities.
