Manages large, complex industrial construction projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include client relationship management, project scheduling, stakeholder communication, forecasts, cost-at-completion accounting, change orders, contract and technical issue resolution, proposal coordination, business development, and mentoring junior program managers. The role serves as a subject matter expert, coordinates internal production and continuous improvement teams, and may involve up to 10% travel.

Manages large, complex construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating clients, subcontractors, internal teams, schedules, budgets, change orders, forecasts, and project metrics. Serves as a customer-facing subject matter expert, supports proposals and business development, resolves escalations, oversees cost-at-completion accounting, and mentors junior program managers. Requires strong construction project management expertise, communication, client relationship, and problem-solving skills.

Collects, maintains, reviews, distributes, and archives project documentation. Maintains filing systems, correspondence logs, databases, project manuals, and libraries; tracks RFIs, submittals, and change orders; supports compliance reporting, presentations, meetings, and monthly reports for the construction management team. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel is not required.
