Leads Rosenbauer’s North American sales organization, overseeing national sales strategy, regional sales managers, revenue and profitability performance, forecasting, strategic accounts, dealer relationships, pricing governance, and market growth. The role develops sales talent, aligns cross-functional resources, represents the company with key stakeholders, and drives organizational change. Travel throughout North America is required at an estimated 50–75%.

Leads complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through implementation and closure. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholder communication, vendor management, change management, business process improvement, and technology portfolio alignment. The role supports infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, software, cloud, manufacturing systems, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and expected business value.

Supports project managers throughout fire apparatus production by coordinating with engineering, dealers, customers, and production teams. Creates and reviews project documentation, converts Quote Writer files into Excel spreadsheets, identifies and resolves specification issues, updates drawings, prepares preconstruction files, and implements change orders. The role also communicates project concerns, maintains files, and provides administrative support to the post-sales group.
