Create drawings and BOMs, run simulations and validation tests, ensure regulatory compliance (FMVSS, SAE, NFPA), support manufacturing and suppliers, troubleshoot production/field issues, and implement corrective actions while working cross-functionally.

Supervise daily production activities to meet volume, cost, waste, and quality targets. Coordinate materials and engineering to resolve line issues, train and monitor line personnel, ensure safety and build book signoffs, and provide supervisor backup and feedback. Use fabrication, welding, painting, and related tools.
