Manages daily community and property operations, including resident communications, leasing, collections, Fair Housing compliance, maintenance coordination, vendor management, staffing, payroll, budgeting, reporting, legal proceedings, and marketing initiatives. Leads on-site staff, monitors property performance, prepares owner and variance reports, and serves as the primary contact for residents, vendors, and management.

Lead and optimize a portfolio-wide national accounts program by negotiating vendor partnerships, managing vendor contracts and implementations, overseeing resident ancillary programs, driving revenue and cost-savings, monitoring program performance, and producing monthly financial and participation reports.

Convert prospects into signed leases by generating and following up on leads, touring the community, managing CRM records, meeting leasing targets, supporting resident retention, and maintaining show-ready units and property presentation.

Assist the Community Manager with daily property operations for a 252-unit community: leasing, rent collection, vendor invoices, legal notices/evictions, reporting, marketing support, regulatory compliance, resident relations, and use of property management and Microsoft Office software.
