Assist the Community Manager with daily property operations for a 252-unit community: leasing, rent collection, vendor invoices, legal notices/evictions, reporting, marketing support, regulatory compliance, resident relations, and use of property management and Microsoft Office software.

Manage daily operations of a residential community: leasing, rent collection, lease administration, resident communications, staff supervision, maintenance coordination, vendor management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with Fair Housing and other laws.

Lead and optimize a portfolio-wide national accounts program by negotiating vendor partnerships, managing vendor contracts and implementations, overseeing resident ancillary programs, driving revenue and cost-savings, monitoring program performance, and producing monthly financial and participation reports.
