Leads financial performance for a portfolio of communities, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, capital allocation, and profitability improvement. Partners with operational, executive, board, and ownership stakeholders to analyze results, develop action plans, ensure governance and audit readiness, and guide strategic decisions through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Provides overnight security for a senior living community by conducting interior and exterior rounds, verifying employee and contractor presence, responding to alarms and emergencies, maintaining safe entrances, supporting residents and visitors, and documenting incidents. The role is part-time on Friday and Saturday nights from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Prepares and serves therapeutic diet trays to skilled nursing residents, sets up and breaks down dining areas, charts food and fluid intake, and communicates with residents about nutritional needs. The role requires compassion, basic English literacy, and an understanding of measurements. Nursing home food service and senior-care experience are preferred. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, no late nights, and a starting wage of $15 per hour.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including phone coverage, visitor coordination, filing, document retrieval, communications, meeting scheduling, minutes, office supply management, equipment maintenance, and departmental event coordination.

Develops brand awareness, qualified leads, occupancy, and community engagement through marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, content, events, public relations, and outreach. Provides emergency medical, fire, life-safety, and security responses for residents, staff, and guests in a senior living community. Patrols buildings and grounds, performs resident welfare checks, maintains safety logs, manages parking and building access, handles minor maintenance calls, escorts residents and staff, delivers items, and transports employees between parking areas. Weekend, holiday, and multiple-shift availability is required.

Provides overnight front desk and gatehouse coverage at a residential community. Greets and assists residents, visitors, vendors, and contractors; verifies and documents property access; answers calls; maintains logs; operates remote gatehouse controls; monitors access issues; dispatches security personnel; and supports emergency communication and safety procedures.

Manages nursing care for residents during an assigned shift, including medication administration, treatments, documentation, emergency response, care planning, physician and family communication, and supervision of nursing staff. The role provides direct resident care, conducts rounds, supports restorative care, coordinates with other disciplines, assists with staff orientation and evaluation, and maintains equipment and supplies.

Provides compassionate nursing care to senior residents during part-time evening shifts. Maintains professional nursing standards, supports resident wellbeing, and works collaboratively with the care team. The role requires an active Georgia RN or LPN license and BLS certification. Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar experience is preferred, but all qualified nurses are encouraged to apply.

Provides nursing care to assisted living residents across first and second shifts. Responsibilities include supporting activities of daily living, administering care according to physician orders, managing care plans, monitoring resident changes, reporting clinically, supervising resident assistants, and coordinating preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services in a resident-centered senior living environment.

Leads food preparation and meal service for health center residents, following standardized recipes and special diet orders. Supervises dietary staff, schedules assignments, coordinates menus and food supplies, verifies tray accuracy and meal tallies, provides training, maintains sanitation standards, and monitors equipment and cleaning needs. Requires two years of supervisory food service experience in a healthcare setting, food safety certification, and the ability to perform physically demanding kitchen duties.

Provides table service in health center dining rooms, including setting tables, taking orders, serving residents and guests, clearing dishes, answering menu questions, assisting with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining sanitary work areas. Requires courteous customer service, effective communication, physical stamina, and the ability to lift and push carts. Prior table-service experience is preferred but training is provided.

Provides nursing care to assisted living residents, including ADL support, care plan management, clinical reporting, physician-ordered treatments, and coordination of preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services. Supervises resident assistants and supports a resident-centered community. Requires a current Michigan LPN license and offers first- or second-shift schedules.

Coordinates resident dining reservations, catering, special events, menus, records, meal counts, charges, liquor inventory, and departmental reports. Supports scheduling, interviews, timecards, staffing, and dining service. Addresses resident concerns and collaborates with culinary and dining leadership to deliver excellent hospitality. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, Microsoft Office, and POS skills, plus flexibility for weekend work.

Leads administrative operations for a senior living community, including reception, office management, clerical support, scheduling, recordkeeping, purchasing, and compliance. Supervises and develops administrative staff, improves workflows, supports executive and department leaders, coordinates meetings and events, handles escalated concerns, and assists with reports, audits, and regulatory reviews.

Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, following physician orders, coordinating services, and supervising resident care staff. The PRN LPN must work three shifts per month when shifts are available and maintain a current state nursing license.

Provides direct nursing care to assisted living and memory care residents, including assessments, medication administration, care planning, documentation, and physician coordination. Supervises assigned staff, delegates care, supports resident activities and independence, participates in admissions and care conferences, and assists with regulatory compliance, record audits, quality assurance, and emergency response. Shares on-call responsibilities and reports resident, personnel, facility, and supply needs to the Director of Health Services.

Provides daily care and support to memory care residents, builds meaningful relationships, and collaborates with the care team. This on-call Med Tech role requires Arizona caregiver certification, at least one year of post-certification Med Tech experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of hire.

Provides nursing care to senior living residents, including ADL assistance, health and behavioral change monitoring, care-plan development, medication and physician-ordered care, resident reassessment, and coordination with other disciplines. Reports community and resident conditions to the Director of Health Services and supports preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services. Requires a valid state nursing license and emergency availability; skilled-facility experience is preferred.
