Manages onsite accounting, billing, financial reporting, accounts payable, resident financial records, and a front-desk team for a senior living community. Coordinates social services for skilled nursing residents, including assessments, admissions, care planning, discharge and transfer planning, family communication, referrals, resident rights, advanced directives, and regulatory documentation. The role requires collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining confidentiality and supporting continuity of care. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human services field and at least one year of supervised healthcare experience with elderly individuals.

Coordinates with physicians and healthcare partners while promoting resident-centered care, quality improvement, accountability, and family engagement. Serves as the community’s clinical leader and supports the Administrator as needed.

The role also supports activities of daily living, resident independence, family engagement, and a hospitality-focused care environment.

Provides nursing care and supervision for assisted-living residents on a full-time overnight shift. Responsibilities include documenting resident status, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, assisting with daily activities, participating in admissions and meetings, scheduling staff coverage, and reporting facility and resident needs to the Director of Health Services.

Provides licensed practical nursing care to assisted living and memory care residents. Reports community and resident conditions to the Director of Health Services and supports preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services.

Provides administrative and marketing support to the Executive Director and Marketing Department. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events, creating flyers and presentations, managing social media content, maintaining marketing materials and Salesforce records, supporting resident move-ins, organizing outreach activities, and assisting with resident engagement in a senior living community.
