Maintains a safe and secure senior living community through property patrols, emergency response, fire alarm response, incident documentation, and resident support. Provides security and EMT services while maintaining a calm, professional presence. The role requires an Illinois EMT license, high school diploma or GED, dependable attendance, and successful completion of background and drug screening.

Leads financial performance for a portfolio of communities, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, capital allocation, and profitability improvement. Partners with operational, executive, board, and ownership stakeholders to analyze results, develop action plans, ensure governance and audit readiness, and guide strategic decisions through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Provides overnight security for a senior living community by conducting interior and exterior rounds, verifying employee and contractor presence, responding to alarms and emergencies, maintaining safe entrances, supporting residents and visitors, and documenting incidents. The role is part-time on Friday and Saturday nights from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
