Performs accounting data entry and clerical support for resident and health center billing. Prepares deposits, reviews accounts payable invoices, enters invoices, routes approvals, and generates accounts payable checks. Supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination and operations while providing hospitality-focused service to residents, employees, and guests.

Provides skilled nursing care to older adults, monitors health changes, updates individualized care plans, communicates with families and leadership, and supervises CNAs. The role is part-time overnight and requires compassionate resident support, emergency responsiveness, professional nursing practice, and a valid Florida or compact-state RN license.

Directs 24-hour nursing care across a senior living health center and residential apartments. Oversees staffing, recruitment, training, evaluations, resident assessments, care planning, clinical outcomes, Medicare documentation, MDS completion, regulatory compliance, budgets, and interdisciplinary coordination. Serves as the community’s clinical leader while promoting resident-centered care, quality improvement, accountability, and strong relationships with residents and families.
