Own accounting and financial reporting for a multi-state REIT portfolio of single-family rental homes. Responsibilities include monthly close, property and portfolio-level accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, consolidated financial statements, investor and regulatory reporting, audit and tax support, and coordination with third-party property managers. The role also improves accounting processes, controls, reporting accuracy, and automation while supporting real estate investment decisions.

Own day-to-day paid media buying and optimization across search, social, and mobile app channels. Build a high-velocity creative test pipeline, manage measurement and attribution (pixels, server-side, SKAdNetwork), partner with Engineering to instrument and QA events, run experiments, reconcile platform and internal reporting, and use AI/automation to improve acquisition efficiency and retention.

Own day-to-day paid acquisition across search, social, and app channels; build a rapid creative testing pipeline; implement and QA conversion tracking and attribution; design experiments across creative and product; reconcile platform and internal data; use AI and automation to accelerate analysis and optimization to grow efficient app user acquisition and retention.

Lead Roots' mobile growth strategy for iOS and Android: own acquisition, ASO, lifecycle engagement, attribution, experimentation, and reporting. Build tools, processes, and testing rhythms; partner with product, engineering, paid media, and creative to improve activation, retention, and long-term user value.
